Visiting with Your Dog
- How many dogs can stay per room?

There are no size or number restrictions.
Main Building: Up to 2 small dogs only.
Medium-sized dogs and larger: prior consultation required. - Are any documents required for staying with a dog?

Yes, we ask guests to present the following certificates:
- Rabies vaccination certificate (issued within the past year)
- Certificate of combination vaccination (5 or more types, issued within the past year)
- Are dog amenities provided?

We provide the following items:
- Food bowls
- Toilet tray & pet sheets
- Deodorizing spray
- Lint roller
- Paw towels
- Waste bags
Please bring your own pet food, treats, bedding, crate, and any other necessary items.
- Can I move around the facility with my dog?

Dogs are allowed in outdoor areas such as around the villa buildings and in the dog run.
However, dogs are not permitted in shared facilities such as the restaurant or large public bath.
- Can dogs in heat or dogs that bark frequently stay?

For the comfort of other guests, we kindly ask that dogs in heat or those with excessive barking tendencies refrain from staying.
Individual consultations are available if needed.
- What happens if my dog causes an accident indoors?

Please use the provided deodorizing spray and handle minor clean-up yourself.
In cases of damaged equipment or facility property, actual repair or replacement costs may be charged.
About the Villas
- What is the maximum occupancy?

・Suite Villa: 2–4 guests
・Deluxe Villa: 2–6 guests※For parties of 3 or more, additional bedding (Airweave mattress) will be provided.
- How many beds are provided?

Two semi-double beds (Airweave) are provided as standard.
For groups of 3 or more, additional bedding will be arranged. - What facilities are available?

A dedicated fire pit is available for rental at the front desk

- Where are dinner and breakfast served?

Dinner:
At the restaurant inside the clubhouse.
For upgraded plans, dinner is served at either:- Steakhouse “Minami”
- Japanese Restaurant “Nishinoya Zeze”

Served at the restaurant inside the clubhouse. - Is a reservation required?

All dining courses require:
- A minimum of 2 guests
- Advance reservation

- Are food and drinks available for purchase?

Beer, wine, whiskey, and soft drinks are available for purchase at the clubhouse front desk (until 8:00 PM).
- Is it allowed to bring food and drinks?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages.
- Are seasonings and plastic wrap provided?

For hygiene reasons, seasonings are not provided.
Please bring your preferred condiments.Plastic wrap and aluminum foil are also not provided.

- Are fireworks allowed?

Handheld fireworks are permitted only in the designated parking area.
A bucket of water for extinguishing is provided. - Are there any convenience stores or supermarkets nearby?
